Seven Days Off
I have spent the last seven days sitting at home, after leaving my old job two days before I was due to, as a result of a personality conflict with the new team leader.
In that seven days, I have achieved a few things, but overall, I feel like I have pretty much wasted the time, and I feel all the better for it.
So, what have I achieved? I launched “The Nicotine Diaries” — a lifestream site. It pulls in data from a variety of sources, and displays them all in a chronological order.
I also had my “Business Card site” featured on Line 25’s “Inspirational Showcase of Business Card Websites”. That sent me a mass of traffic, but more than likely, not a whole lot of meaningful traffic.
I had actually redesigned the morning before, but decided to switch back as a result of the feature.
Aside from that, I have written this post, and attempted to reach email nirvana with a lot of different techniques, but unfortunately, none of them really seemed to work.
