Thanks, and Welcome!

Earlier this evening, I put online the latest design of my personal “Hub”, or business card website. It was about 5 hours work from start to finish, going from a blank text file, and a sketch in my notebook, to the finished product you can see now.

The site is written in HTML 5, and uses some CSS 3, yet still mostly works in IE – at least, IE 7, as thats all I can test on – barring the @font-face usage, due to Microsoft’s use of the EOT format.

I set the site using the amazing Museo font from Exljbris, and utilised the amazing Rogie King‘s Social Media icons.

By way of thanks, I sent a Tweet out stating that the design was up and thanked Rogie for the icons. He responded with a public tweet praising my design. I got quite a flow of traffic from this, so I just wanted to say “Thanks” to Rogie for the icons, and the traffic, and “Howdy” to those he referred here – I hope you find something in my site, and decide to stick around.
